Job Summary: We are seeking Hydraulic Mechanics for the Operations department, with experience in diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic systems and mechanical-hydraulic equipment. Participation in process improvements and system optimization **Confidential industrial metal-mechanical company** is seeking **Hydraulic Mechanics** to join the Operations department. Main Responsibilities: * Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic systems: pumps (fixed and variable displacement), hydraulic motors, cylinders, and valves. * Perform disassembly, assembly, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical-hydraulic equipment. * Conduct failure analysis on equipment and propose technical solutions. * Prepare technical evaluation and repair reports. * Interpret mechanical drawings and hydraulic diagrams. * Assemble components, seals, bearings, and fabricate hydraulic piping. * Manage spare parts, materials, and supplies required for interventions. * Participate in process improvements and optimization of mechanical and hydraulic systems. Requirements: * Technical or higher education in **Industrial Mechanics, Maintenance, or related fields**. * Minimum **7 years of experience in hydraulic mechanics**. * Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial hydraulic equipment. * Solid knowledge of interpreting drawings and diagrams. * Proficiency with precision tools (micrometer, caliper, dial indicator, etc.). * Experience with cranes, winches, or heavy machinery (preferred). * Availability for field-based operational work. Conditions: * Location: Callao (residence near this area is ideal) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. + Saturday half-day * Work Mode: On-site * Availability for travel to provinces * Contract Type: Indefinite-term Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.45,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
