Opportunities for professional development **Join our team!** **We are looking for:** Mechanical Technician or Electrical Technician **Minimum experience:** 2 years If you have experience in predictive maintenance, vibration analysis, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), this is an excellent opportunity to join a company committed to industrial equipment reliability and maintenance. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and availability. * Collect and analyze vibration data from rotating equipment using a vibration analyzer. * Perform inspections using Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, in accordance with established procedures and standards. * Prepare technical reports summarizing inspection results, measurements, and analyses, including technical recommendations. **Requirements** * Certified or graduated Technician in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel at basic or intermediate level). * Knowledge of AutoCAD (desirable). * Knowledge of predictive maintenance, vibration analysis and/or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). * Willingness and ability to travel to project sites. * Willingness and suitability to work at high altitudes (above 2,500 m above sea level). * Residency in Callao or nearby areas, with convenient access to the workplace. * Responsible, punctual individual with strong teamwork orientation. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * All statutory benefits under the General Labor Regime. * Opportunities for professional development. * Excellent work environment and continuous learning. **If you meet the profile and seek new professional challenges, we look forward to your application.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Education: * Completed Technical Degree (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 100% (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
