Company: Colchones Paraíso Requirements \* Completed secondary education (mandatory). \* Availability to work rotating shifts. Compensation: \* PEN 1,280 (with overtime; approximate net income of PEN 1,550–1,600) Rotating schedules (day and night shifts) (Available working hours will be communicated during the interview) Benefits: \* Immediate hiring \* Full payroll registration from day one (CTS, bonuses, profit sharing, vacation, ESSALUD, family allowance).
