Production Leader

Description

**Responsibilities:** * Develop the production schedule for the assigned areas * Develop the staffing schedule for the assigned areas * Monitor and supervise the processes under their responsibility * Ensure the quality of products in their assigned processes * Ensure the operational readiness of machinery in their assigned processes * Coordinate the need for raw materials, supplies, and consumables required to execute their processes * Ensure compliance with RIT and other guidelines * Lead and support personnel under their supervision to achieve objectives * Ensure training for new personnel joining their processes * Ensure personnel under their supervision comply with safety instructions **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering * Experience working in a production plant (2 years) * Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts **Competencies:** * Effective communication * Coordination and supervisory skills * Analytical ability (data interpretation) * Dynamic and results-oriented Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
