Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop and update IPER matrices, monitor the safety and environmental management system, and supervise field operations. Key Highlights: 1. Work Team Tracking **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician / Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of Risk Matrices, safety forms, and other related documents. * Preferably familiar with Trinorma standards. * Willingness to travel when required. * Preferably residing in districts adjacent to the northern cone. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development of IPER matrices and document updates. * Monitoring compliance with the safety and environmental management system. * Field work supervision; office and workshop inspections. * Work team tracking. **CONDITIONS:** * Workplace: San Martin de Porres – Pro San Diego / Porcino Plant Ventanilla * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll system. * Payment: Bi-weekly and punctual. When working at the Porcino Plant, company transportation is provided directly.
