ENLANCES LOGISTICOS is seeking to incorporate A1 and A2B drivers for Distribution and Delivery into its team. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Formal employment under a MYPE payroll (vacation benefits, family allowance, ESSALUD health insurance) Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. // Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Schedule subject to review based on operational requirements and work zone) * Clean driving record with no traffic violations. Salary: Market-competitive REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. Minimum one year of experience as a driver transporting light parcels (preferred) **Valid A1 or A2B driver’s license — MANDATORY** Knowledge of and ability to navigate multiple routes. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Check fluid levels and overall condition of assigned transport unit \- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition \- Report maintenance needs to schedule unit servicing \- Verify cargo against delivery manifest prior to dispatch \- Record route-related information, including pickup/drop-off points, starting and ending odometer readings, execution time, and expenses (e.g., fares, tolls) \- Immediately inform immediate supervisor of accidents or incidents, observations/errors identified during operations, and improvement opportunities.
