Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, responsible, and service-oriented Multifunctional Barista to prepare beverages, create latte art, and provide customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Organized, responsible individuals with a service vocation who thrive in team environments. **Functions/Responsibilities:** \- Preparation of coffees and beverages, including latte art techniques \- Calibration of the coffee machine and grinder, and updating area inventory \- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area \- Ensuring quality by adhering to internal procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) \- Assisting with customer service, order explanation, and order dispatch \- Sandwich assembly and support in simple production tasks \- Conducting inventory counts **Requirements:** \- Availability starting Monday, August 10 \- Availability from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in this role \- Valid health certificate or application in progress \- Knowledge of supply control, stock rotation, inventory management, and shrinkage \- Ability to work quickly and under pressure without compromising product quality \- Service-oriented attitude: being friendly and charismatic is essential for this position \- Preference given to candidates residing near Corpac–San Isidro or with easy access to the Javier Prado Metro station **Benefits:** \- REMYPE payroll registration \- On-site training programs \- Job stability \- Excellent working environment Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
