Join the best team and transcend with your talent as **Head of Collections Strategy** **Your primary objective will be:** To define and lead the comprehensive collections model—including segmentation, policies, playbooks, customer journeys, and initiative prioritization—aligned with regulation, bank objectives, and customer experience. You will be responsible for translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, directly impacting key metrics such as recovery, roll rates, expected loss, and portfolio sustainability—balancing short- and long-term results with efficient risk management. **How will you achieve this?** * Designing and evolving the collections strategy and playbooks according to risk appetite and regulatory requirements. * Defining contact, escalation, and payment solution policies. * Building omnichannel journeys leveraging advanced analytics and AI. * Evaluating and prioritizing initiatives through business cases and ROI analysis. * Managing the strategic roadmap and leading cross-functional implementation (Risk, Legal, Analytics, Technology, and Operations). * Validating pilots, measuring impact, and scaling solutions. * Ensuring model governance through KPIs and steering committees. **What do we require from you?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in collections strategy, credit risk, or portfolio management (Banking, Retail, Telecom, or startups). * Proficiency in SQL (Oracle/SQL Server), Power BI, AWS, AI tools, and storytelling. * Knowledge of collections regulations, business case development, ROI analysis, and agile methodologies. * Intermediate English and advanced Office proficiency.
