As a **Forklift Operator**, your mission will be to carry out cargo handling operations according to warehouse processes, using assigned equipment safely and efficiently; ensuring safety, accident prevention, and optimal utilization of all resources provided by the company. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate only those equipment types for which you are duly certified, complying with internal safety and traffic regulations. * Conduct daily inspections of assigned equipment and complete corresponding checklists, promptly reporting any malfunctions or damages. * Handle, move, and stack palletized cargo on floor or racking systems according to storage type and established pictograms. * Perform receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and order preparation activities using RF and WMS (MWMS or other ERP systems). * Monitor efficient use of operational resources (energy/fuel, tools, and safety equipment). * Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse operational activities, with or without forklift usage. * Promote orderliness, cleanliness, adherence to 5S principles, and continuous process improvement, contributing to efficiency, safety, and service level. **Job Requirements** * Completed secondary education * Valid Forklift Operator Certification and A\-1 license * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role * Experience operating counterbalance, reach, or slip-sheet forklifts * Forklift certification * Availability to work rotating shifts Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
