Join the best team and transcend with your talent as an **Operational Management Assistant.** **Your primary objective will be:** To provide operational support to the Agility \& Data team, ensuring efficient management of technological access for external suppliers, control and tracking of the Retail budget, and timely maintenance of information and indicator dashboards. **How will you achieve this?** * **Comprehensively manage supplier technological access**, including requests for onboarding, offboarding, and modifications (licenses, domains, VPN, Jira, Confluence), ensuring proper activation, end\-to\-end tracking, and up\-to\-date control. * **Manage and monitor the Retail budget**, consolidating budget, forecast, and actual data, validating key entries (e.g., billable hours), and identifying potential inconsistencies. * **Provide operational support to the Agility \& Data team**, coordinating requests, internal events, and administrative tasks, ensuring orderly and timely execution. * **Monitor and keep team key information updated**, including access controls, contracts, and dashboards, guaranteeing data availability and reliability. **What do we require from you?** * Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (data management and consolidation, ideally including pivot tables and formulas). * Prior experience managing budgets or financial tracking is desirable. **What do we offer at Interbank?** An INcredible experience with our flexible work model “Interbank Eres” Development opportunities: growth paths and upskilling/reskilling tools at Interbank and across all Group Intercorp companies.
