Support in kitchen organization and compliance with hygiene regulations At Ambaar Lounge, we operate the new VIP Lounge at Jorge Chávez International Airport, and we are looking for a **Dishwasher** committed to hygiene, order, and teamwork, who will contribute to maintaining the excellence standards that define our operation. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform comprehensive cleaning of tableware (dishes, glassware, cutlery, and utensils) before, during, and after service. * Collaborate with dining room and kitchen teams to follow established cleaning procedures and standards. * Support kitchen organization during goods receipt and waste disposal. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, consistently complying with current hygiene and safety regulations. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a cleaning assistant or dishwasher (experience in hospitality, restaurants, or catering is a plus). * Availability to work in Callao on rotating shifts. * Basic English (desirable). * Teamwork, responsibility, and positive attitude. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Mobility and meal allowance. * Monthly payments · EPS 30%. *Ambaar Lounge promotes inclusion and labor integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin, or generation.
