Job Summary: Restaurant EL TRIDENTE is seeking personnel with a strong service orientation to provide customer service, clean and prepare the dining room, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu. In-depth knowledge of the menu We are cevichería restaurant EL TRIDENTE, currently looking for talented individuals like YOU to take on the following challenges. **Requirements:** ● Completed secondary education ● Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (restaurant experience preferred) ● Residence in districts adjacent to downtown Lima ● Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (rotating days off) ● Familiarity with standard service procedures **Responsibilities:** ● Thorough knowledge of the establishment's menu. ● Report to work dressed appropriately, well-groomed, with trimmed hair and nails, and without facial hair (beard or mustache). ● Demonstrate strong customer service orientation, reflected in consistent positive attitude toward customers. ● Inspect the dining room’s condition at the start of the shift, based on the previous shift’s status. ● Clean and prepare the dining room. ● Set tables (individual place settings, plates, chopsticks), considering confirmed reservations to ensure proper table setup. ● Be aware of current promotions applicable during the shift. ● Know assigned zones within the dining room. **Benefits:** ● Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits ● Meals provided ● Market-competitive remuneration ● Punctuality bonuses ● Dynamic and collaborative work environment. ● Individual tips ***EL TRIDENTE awaits you...!*** Salary: Up to S/.1,200.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please state your age and current district of residence. * Where was your most recent job, and what was the reason for leaving? * If interested in this job opportunity, please leave your mobile phone number.
