Manage customer interactions **Responsibilities:** * Make calls to generate portability to Movistar. * Manage and follow up on customer interactions. * Comply with portability protocols, scripts, and policies. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Basic proficiency in office software tools. * Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is desirable, preferably via telephone channel. * **Own equipment meeting the following specifications**: Core i3 or higher, 8GB RAM, 300GB hard drive, 50MB internet bandwidth, and USB headset with microphone. **Benefits:** * Schedule: **Monday to Saturday, 11am–9pm** (rotating shifts: either 11am–8pm or 12pm–9pm) * Compensation: **S/ 1130** * Work Modality: **Remote** * Benefits: Unlimited commissions, full payroll from day one, and fixed salary. * **5-day paid training; remote training from 2pm to 9pm** **Competencies:** * Candidates with or without prior experience * Availability for in-person training * Excellent communication skills * Availability **for training from 2pm to 9pm** Join our team and develop your customer service talent!
