Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to manage sales, provide product advice, and resolve inquiries via WhatsApp Business and phone calls. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and sales via WhatsApp Business and phone calls. 2. Product consultation and follow-up on inquiries. 3. Ability to negotiate and close sales. Responsibilities: Provide customer service via WhatsApp Business and phone calls. Advise customers on our products. Resolve inquiries and provide follow-up. Close sales and achieve sales targets. Promote new products. Record orders and coordinate with logistics. Requirements: Experience in sales or customer service. Excellent writing and communication skills. Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and basic Office software. Ability to negotiate and close sales. Responsible, organized, and commercially minded. Experience in e-commerce and CRM is a plus. Salary: S/ 1,200 monthly plus additional commissions based on sales targets. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (rotating day off / 48 working hours per week). Work Modality: On-site. Location: Near Av. Faucett and Av. Venezuela. Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Education: * Completed secondary education (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
