Job Summary: We are seeking a legal professional to draft complaints and judicial pleadings, as well as monitor and advance judicial proceedings. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in procedural law or preparation of judicial documents 2. Drafting of complaints and judicial pleadings 3. Monitoring and representation in judicial proceedings Requirements: \- Law graduate or licensed attorney \- Minimum one year of experience in procedural law or drafting complaints, appeals, and/or judicial pleadings in civil and/or criminal matters \- Proficient in Microsoft Office at the user level \- Knowledge of legal writing Responsibilities: \- Drafting complaints and judicial pleadings \- Monitoring and representation in judicial proceedings \- Advancing the law firm's judicial proceedings \- Preparing notarial letters \- Any other tasks assigned by the law firm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
