We are currently seeking **Pastry Decorators** passionate about baking and committed to detail to join our **production team in Miraflores**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare ingredients and supplies for cake and dessert decoration. * Decorate **commercial** (fudge, frosting, manjar, etc.) or **themed** (buttercream, fondant, flowers, characters, etc.) cakes, depending on the profile. * Perform cleaning and disinfection of work areas and utensils. * Carry out product **packaging and labeling**. * Monitor inventory and expiration dates of raw materials and finished products. * Apply **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** at all times. **Profile Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year** of cake decoration experience in production workshops or bakeries (**mandatory requirement**). * Technical studies in **baking or gastronomy**. * Knowledge of **GMP**. * For the **themed** profile: proficiency in buttercream, fondant, flower, and character techniques. **Valued Competencies:** * Passion for baking and eagerness to continuously learn. * Orderliness and cleanliness in the workplace. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. **Employment Conditions:** * **Work location:** Miraflores. * **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (45-minute break). * **Employment modality:** PYME payroll with all statutory benefits. **Compensation:** * **Cake Decorator:** S/1500 * **30% discount on Patty Bakery products**. * **Professional development and growth opportunities.** If you meet the requirements and wish to join a solid, baking-passionate company… **Apply now and join our sweet team!** Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,499.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
