Position Summary: We are seeking a Collections Advisor to manage ordinary and coercive collection processes, negotiate payment solutions, and ensure achievement of recovery indicators. At LEASY, a company providing vehicle financing, we are looking for a professional with experience in COLLECTIONS to assume the role of: **Collections Advisor** **Position Objective:** Manage ordinary and coercive collection processes while adhering to the company's accounting practices and policies. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor overdue installments and conduct collection calls for the customer portfolio, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Negotiate payment solutions such as installment plans and refinancing, in accordance with company policies. * Manage payment recording and update the customer database (BBDD). * Timely identify cases with default risk and propose recovery actions. * Execute the welcome call protocol for new customers, providing a clear explanation of payment terms and policies. * Meet the recovery and collections management indicators set by the company. * Timely identify cases with default risk and propose recovery actions, **Requirements:** * University graduate or technical degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred. * Experience contacting or negotiating with customers. * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Competencies: Organizational ability, orderliness, transparency, teamwork, strong communication skills, customer orientation, negotiation ability. **What We Offer:** * On-site work mode in Miraflores. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays remotely, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Contract via Honorarium Receipts (RxH). * Monthly bonus for achieving objectives. * Excellent work environment.
