Grupo Vilany E.I.R.L. is looking for a creative, dynamic, and proactive Audiovisual Community Manager responsible for creating and managing digital content for our social media channels. We seek a candidate skilled in video recording, video editing, and social media management who can convey the company’s identity and activities through modern and engaging content. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record and edit audiovisual content for social media. * Create TikToks/Reels, Stories, and dynamic posts. * Cover school and institutional events. * Manage social media accounts. * Schedule and publish content. * Respond to messages and comments on social media. * Propose creative ideas and trends adapted to the mass consumer sector. * Take photographs and videos. * Keep digital platforms active and up to date. * Support product activities and campaigns. **Requirements:** * Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience creating content for social media. * Proficiency in video editing for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. * Knowledge of digital trends and viral content. * Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar software. * Ability to record content at corporate events and activities. * Creativity and strong communication skills. **Desired Skills:** * Creativity * Dynamism * Responsibility * Initiative * Positive attitude * Adaptability **Work Modality:** * 100% On-site **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Microenterprise payroll registration * Full-time schedule: 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, and half-day on Saturday * Located 15 minutes from Mall del Sur and Atocongo or San Juan train stations * Must reside in areas near SAN JUAN DE MIRAFLORES * Excellent work environment, team activities, and camaraderie!
