Manage social media engagement and collaborate with the sales team We are looking for a creative and proactive professional to join our commercial team as a Community Manager, with a special focus on creating and editing audiovisual content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence, contributing to our brand development and positioning. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Design and propose a monthly content strategy for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. * Produce graphic assets and audiovisual content (posts, reels, stories) for various social media platforms. * Schedule posts using social media management tools. * Manage social media engagement by promptly responding to inquiries and comments. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and effective communication. * Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media. * Requirements * Proven experience in social media management and content creation. * Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools. * Knowledge of dynamics and best practices on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Results-oriented and proactive. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Microenterprise payroll registration * Full-time schedule: 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, and half-day on Saturday * Located 15 minutes from Mall del Sur and Atocongo or San Juan train stations * Must reside in areas near SAN JUAN DE MIRAFLORES * Excellent work environment, activities, and team bonding!
