Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Cook or in similar positions. * Knowledge of food preparation, mise en place, and good food handling practices. * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. * Immediate availability. Main Responsibilities * Prepare food according to LongHorn’s recipes and established quality standards. * Perform mise en place and ensure proper supply of assigned station. * Verify proper storage, rotation, and preservation of ingredients. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and food safety in the work area. * Comply with operational, food safety, and quality procedures. * Support tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
