We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** Administer and supervise logistical processes related to **importation**, warehousing, distribution, and equipment maintenance in accordance with company guidelines, aiming to ensure achievement of departmental objectives. * Reduce false freight movements (**“bounce” movements**) of refrigeration equipment to increase their operational effectiveness. * Coordinate with various suppliers to ensure compliance with the installation plan for new refrigeration equipment. * Reduce the average response time for corrective and preventive services to improve service levels for end customers. * Supervise the updating of refrigeration equipment responsibility letters to prevent market losses. * Submit the national productivity traffic-light report to provide commercial teams with visibility into equipment productivity. * Monitor and manage refrigeration equipment suppliers, ensuring adherence to departmental performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Logistics or Operations Analyst/Coordinator. * Knowledge of maintenance processes / General knowledge of logistics processes. **Additional Information** **KEY JOB CHALLENGES** * Identify cost-saving alternatives in warehouse, distribution, and workshop processes. * Manage and control warehouses to ensure proper administration of equipment.
