




Position Summary: We are seeking a Corporate Operational Risk Sub-Manager with experience in the financial system or securities market and proficiency in SMV regulations. Key Highlights: 1. At BD Capital, we are looking for a Corporate Operational Risk Sub-Manager. The candidate must have solid experience in risk management as the second line of defense in financial system companies or securities market entities, with mastery of SMV regulations and operational risk management frameworks. *Main Responsibilities* * Ensure compliance with SMV regulations on integrated risk management—including operational risk, business continuity, and information security—guaranteeing their proper implementation across all group entities. * Develop and present to the Board the group's risk appetite and risk capacity, keeping them updated in accordance with regulatory and business environment developments. * Monitor the Integrated Risk Management System of group entities, reporting deviations and proposing timely corrective actions. * Maintain the corporate Risk Matrix up to date, integrating operational, market, liquidity, information security, and AML risks, along with their respective controls and mitigation plans. * Administer the registration and analysis of operational loss events, using findings to strengthen controls and reduce risk exposure. * Manage the Information Security System and coordinate execution of the Business Continuity Plan tests, ensuring its validity and effectiveness. * Develop and maintain up-to-date risk indicators (KRIs) and management indicators (KPIs), guaranteeing their timely reporting to the corresponding governance bodies. * Manage the lifecycle of policies, procedures, and manuals of the area, ensuring alignment with local regulations and international best practices. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the area’s and group’s operational processes, leading their implementation in coordination with user departments. ***Competencies*** * Strong knowledge of the SMV regulatory framework and international risk management standards (ISO 31000, COSO), with the ability to translate them into effective policies and controls within a financial organization. * Ability to propose and substantiate departmental initiatives and management reports before the Board. * Capacity to coordinate and align cross-functional teams, promote a robust risk culture, and lead cross-cutting initiatives within the BD Capital group. * Aptitude to identify operational optimization opportunities, implement improvements, and develop policies, procedures, and manuals under quality standards. ***Requirements*** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in control functions as the second line of defense in corporate enterprises and/or business groups demonstrating sound corporate governance and/or regulatory oversight. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Intermediate level of English. ***How to Apply*** If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send your CV to: **talento@bdcapital.pe** Salary: S/.9,000\.00 \- S/.12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
