Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-oriented collaborator for commercial customer service in the automotive sector, managing communication, providing information, and following up on inquiries. We are looking for a customer-oriented female collaborator to join our commercial customer service team in the automotive sector. You will be the company’s first point of contact with our customers, managing smooth communication, providing detailed information about our services, and following up on inquiries. **Job Offer Details** * **Base Salary:** S/ 1,300 per month. * **Location:** La Victoria, Lima. *(On-site mode)*. * **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Sundays:** Fixed day off. (No work on holidays) * **Students are welcome.** **Main Responsibilities** * **WhatsApp Support:** Respond to and manage inquiry messages, providing prompt and friendly guidance. * **Service Information:** Present and explain in detail the automotive services offered by the company. * **Call Management:** Make and receive phone calls for prospecting, follow-up, or appointment confirmation with customers. * **Sales Follow-up:** Keep the customer database up to date and actively engage with interested individuals to close sales or service agreements. **Desired Qualifications** * Female candidates only. * Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferably in the automotive, mechanical, or commercial sector for at least 3 months). * Excellent spelling, writing skills, and **verbal fluency** for direct customer interaction. * Proficient use of WhatsApp Business and basic digital tools. * Service-oriented, persuasive attitude with a focus on achieving goals. **Benefits** * Positive work environment and opportunity for learning in the automotive sector. * Work in a central, easily accessible location (La Victoria). * MYPE Regime 50% Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you agreeable to a 3-month probationary period under RHE and transitioning to the MYPE payroll in the fourth month, with 50% of all benefits? * Do you have immediate availability? * Are you currently studying?
