Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service via WhatsApp and digital channels. Ability to schedule orders in an orderly and detailed manner. Excellent writing, spelling, and communication skills. Availability to work Full-Time from Monday to Saturday. Proactive, organized individual with a strong service-oriented attitude. Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, quotations, and sales via WhatsApp and digital channels. Accurately schedule orders in the system, verifying stock availability, delivery dates, and delivery information. Manage web-based orders. Provide personalized consultation to customers regarding products, promotions, and services. Coordinate customer special requests with production and shipping departments. Track orders until successful delivery. Work Location: Miraflores, Lima – 100% on-site.
