Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Grill Cook, Grill Chef, or in similar positions. * Knowledge of meat handling, cooking doneness levels, and good food handling practices. * Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork orientation. Main Responsibilities * Prepare grilled items according to LongHorn’s quality standards. * Maintain proper inventory supply, storage, and rotation of ingredients. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and food safety in the work area. * Comply with operational and food safety procedures.
