HR Administration Assistant
Mission:
Contributes to the overall success of the HR Administration / HR Services unit in Peru by ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are implemented or achieved in support of the team’s business strategies and goals. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures.
What do we expect from you?
* Education:
Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Minimum experience:
1 year in similar positions.
* Knowledge:
Knowledge of Labor Legislation
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Desirable knowledge of the Adryan system
Desirable knowledge of Power BI
Desirable experience managing KPIs
Intermediate English proficiency
What challenges will you face?
* Manage the internship agreement renewal process and update new contract and agreement end dates in the current HR system, in accordance with Peruvian labor legislation and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Labor.
* Update employee data in HR and T\-Register systems by requesting supporting documentation, per internal policies.
* Address employee requests regarding transfers and changes to CTS account currency, as well as updating such information in the HR system and control dashboards.
* Address requests from Labor Relations (RRLL) arising from inspections and hearings conducted by the Ministry of Labor and SUNAFIL at Scotiabank Group.
* Register reported dependents in the current HR system with supporting documentation for enrollment in EPS.
* Approve employee requests for certificates and letters of confirmation via the HR intranet.
* Submit monthly family allowance assignment reports to the Payroll team for initiating payment of this statutory benefit.
* Process employee requests to change salary accounts, validating required documentation for updating in the current HR system.
* Handle requests submitted through the current virtual assistance platform.
* Manage the sworn statement of assets according to the scope and frequency specified in the Bank’s guidelines.
