Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to operate, supervise, and maintain industrial production equipment, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and supervision of industrial production equipment. 2. Basic preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. 3. Experience in industrial machinery maintenance. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and supervise production equipment: pouching machine, capsule sealer, mixer, heat-shrink tunnel, and labeling machine. * Perform inspections, adjustments, technical cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Carry out minor corrective maintenance and support diagnosis and resolution of mechanical and electrical failures. * Perform basic industrial electrical work, plumbing, and general plant services. * Identify, report, and follow up on incidents or failures in equipment and infrastructure. * Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), industrial safety, and plant housekeeping procedures. **Requirements** * Graduate or certified technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Proven experience in maintenance and operation of industrial machinery. * Experience working with pouching machines, capsule sealers, and similar production equipment. * Preferred experience in laboratories, pharmaceutical, food, or dietary supplement industries. * Basic knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance. * Ability to identify and resolve operational equipment failures. * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork orientation. Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
