Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing and Content Intern to support content management, marketing campaigns, and projects using digital tools and AI. Key Highlights: 1. Use of digital tools and artificial intelligence We are looking for a **Marketing and Content Intern** with prior practical experience in marketing, content, or brand management, who stands out for creativity, initiative, and organizational ability. We seek a candidate capable of working with a certain degree of autonomy and interested in actively participating in diverse marketing projects and initiatives. **Responsibilities:** * Support content management and creation for different brands. * Propose ideas and assist in content planning. * Organize and track departmental materials and tasks. * Support marketing campaigns and projects. * Coordinate with vendors, influencers, and partners. * Use digital tools and artificial intelligence to optimize processes. * Assist in other marketing-related activities. **Requirements:** * Final-year student or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * **6 months to 2 years of prior experience** in marketing, content, social media, agencies, or related areas. * Experience in companies, agencies, startups, or projects involving active participation in brand management. * Proficiency in **Canva and CapCut**, or similar tools. * Proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets. * Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or others. * Strong writing and communication skills. * Creativity, visual judgment, and ability to propose ideas. * Organization, proactivity, and follow-up capability. * Availability to work on-site. **Location:** Barranco – Lima **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Apply by sending your CV \+ updated portfolio.
