This is your opportunity! At H\-elarte, we are looking for a committed, organized, and pastry-passionate Baker to join our team. Your role will be critical in ensuring high-quality products, excellent presentation, and a memorable experience for our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare desserts, cakes, creams, doughs, and various pastry products according to established recipes. * Perform mise en place and organize necessary supplies for daily production. * Decorate and present products while maintaining aesthetic standards and quality requirements. * Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product storage conditions. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and properly stocked. * Verify correct labeling and storage of products and supplies. * Apply FIFO, FEFO methods and good food handling practices. * Assist in stock control and reporting of missing supplies. * Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Pastry, Baking, or Gastronomy. * Minimum 6 months of experience in pastry or baking production. * Basic knowledge of decoration, baking, and preservation techniques. * Proficiency in using pastry tools, ovens, and equipment. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Creativity, organization, and attention to detail. * Valid Sanitary Certificate. **We Offer:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Positive work environment and learning opportunities. * Meals provided during shifts. * Opportunities for career advancement within the restaurant. **Are you interested?** Send your updated CV to the email address below: Subject: Application – Baker Salary: S/.1,450\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
