Job Summary: Responsible for executing work orders, ensuring the quality of the extrusion process and proper functioning of machinery, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of machinery and maintenance of the work area. **SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **I. General** 1\. Carry out work according to the production schedule. 2\. Respect and ensure adherence to quantities specified in work orders. In case of deviation, coordinate with the supervisor/production manager/plant head. 3\. Respect and ensure adherence to formulations specified in work orders; otherwise, coordinate with the supervisor/production manager. 4\. Responsible for the proper performance of assigned machines and/or tools used to execute a work order. Report malfunctioning and/or deterioration of equipment to the supervisor/production manager/plant head for initiation of appropriate maintenance requests. 5\. Verify availability of materials, additives, accessories, and all other items required to commence a work order. Inform the supervisor/production manager/plant head in advance of any issues preventing commencement of a work order. 6\. Take care of, and ensure others take care of, personal assigned equipment (uniforms, shoes, protective gear) to properly perform tasks. 7\. Responsible for the extrusion process of a work order. Must collect samples at the end of each roll or machine stoppage. Verify dimensions and properties of the sheet or sleeve against specifications indicated in the work orders. 8\. Record and ensure clear, legible recording of all data requested in work orders. 9\. Record and ensure the extrusion support logs the brand and code of materials being used in product manufacturing. If material change occurs during extrusion, record in the work order (observations) the roll number at which the material change takes place. 10\. Sign process control documents, confirming that the production sample meets the specification stated in the production standard and work order. Validation shall be performed jointly with the production supervisor and quality assurance analyst. 11\. Comply with and ensure compliance with all procedures and instructions issued by superiors. 12\. Verify material balance (inflow and outflow) by recording the daily production report. 13\. Replace and be replaced by another machine operator during break times or any other event requiring absence. 14\. Maintain general cleanliness of the extruder (control panels, shafts, surface treater, and all extruder components). 15\. Handle machine parts and accessories correctly during job performance. 16\. Cleanliness and orderliness of own work area. 17\. Prevent food safety hazards. 18\. Comply with company-implemented cleaning, hygiene, and sanitation procedures and instructions. 19\.
