Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and technically skilled university student to plan, produce, and post-produce high-quality videos, collaborate on visual concepts, and manage audiovisual projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in video production and post-production. 2. Knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. 3. Ability to develop creative concepts and manage projects. **Requirements:** * **University Student**: Must be currently enrolled in an educational institution and willing to receive guidance and training. * **Basic Software Knowledge**: Familiarity with basic video editing tools is an advantage. * **Video Production**: Prior experience in producing audiovisual content is required, preferably in a professional setting. * **Technical Knowledge**: Must be familiar with cameras, lighting, microphones, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. * **Creativity**: Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into engaging visual content. * **Social Media Knowledge**: Familiarity with trends and formats on major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. * **Editing Skills**: Ability to edit and post-produce high-quality videos. * **Project Management**: Ability to manage end-to-end video production projects, including planning, budgeting, and team coordination. * **Communication**: Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate visual ideas. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate the production of promotional videos, tutorials, seminars, live streaming, and other audiovisual materials. * Capture high-quality images and record audio for projects. * Edit and post-produce videos, optimizing content for use across different platforms. * Collaborate with other team members to develop creative concepts and scripts. * Stay updated on social media content trends and propose innovative ideas. * Manage technical teams and resources required for production. * Meet established deadlines and budget constraints. **BENEFITS** \- Salary of S/ 1,130\.00 or more (subject to experience evaluation) \- 15-day vacation, Essalud insurance. \- Remype payroll registration **SCHEDULE** Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
