Job Summary: Responsible for supervising production, personnel, machines, and equipment, ensuring compliance with process parameters and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive production supervision 2. Personnel and equipment management 3. Quality assurance and compliance with standards **SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **I. General** 1\. Assess all elements required to meet the production schedule (raw materials, tools, process parameters, order and cleanliness, accessories, quality parameters, satellite or support areas, and available human resources). 2\. Directly responsible for meeting established process parameters and for implementing necessary modifications. 3\. Supervise and verify documented production records and controls. 4\. Conduct quality control tests assigned to this role. 5\. Verify attendance of shift personnel and, in case of staff absence, arrange reallocation of available personnel. 6\. Inspect and ensure that process areas are maintained in perfect order and cleanliness. 7\. Verify that production orders contain all required information (formulation, width, thickness, etc.). 8\. The supervisor must verify that the quantity of material to be used—per the work order—is the same quantity delivered by the raw material warehouse or supporting processes supplying materials to production. 9\. Maintain records of controls performed during duties. 10\. Prevent food safety hazards. 11\. Comply with the company’s cleaning, hygiene, and sanitation procedures and instructions. 12\. Education** **Preferred** · University graduate or certified technician in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. **Minimum** · Certified technician in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
