Positive work environment and continuous training **Join San Cristóbal!** On behalf of our client "Corporación San Cristóbal", we are looking for a **Commercial Advisor** for our Ate branch — "Mi Brevete Seguro" Driving School. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide detailed information about our courses, including specific requirements. * Handle inquiries in person, via phone, and through digital channels (e.g., TikTok Live). * Create content for social media platforms (Facebook and TikTok). * Follow up with potential customers until enrollment is confirmed. * Contact and acquire new prospects via phone calls and social media. * Maintain an updated database of interested individuals. * Prepare basic commercial management reports. * Support promotional campaigns and outreach activities. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service, sales, or commercial advisory is preferred; candidates with strong commercial skills and willingness to learn will also be considered. * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and digital tools (WhatsApp, email, and social media). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude. **Competencies:** * Effective communication. * Empathy and courteous interaction. * Organization and accountability. * Persuasion ability. * Goal-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * **Fixed monthly salary of S/ 1,300.00 \+ commissions.** * Ongoing training and mentoring. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity to gain experience and advance professionally. * Growth opportunities based on performance. **Employment Conditions:** * First three months under Service Invoice (Recibo por Honorario); thereafter, employment under MYPE payroll. * Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM; Saturdays, 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM. * Must be available to work in-person in the Ate district. Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: In-person employment
