We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** What does this role entail? * Lead the sales force in accordance with company processes to achieve monthly targets and maximize operational profitability. Key Challenges of the Role: * Plan daily sales volume allocation to keep the sales force consistently focused on targets. * Ensure compliance with commercial processes (Coaching, S\-S, Reeclapp) to maximize the sales force’s potential in the shortest possible time. * Supervise the performance of sales representatives in the indirect channel, ensuring the field sales team reaches designated points of sale. * Support and manage major issues to strengthen client relationships. * Cascade sales targets to field sales executives based on individual weightings, to enable accurate compensation calculation and target achievement. * Recognize top-performing sales representatives for potential category advancement. * Strengthen the capabilities of field sales executives and convert their weaknesses into competencies for improved performance. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
