We are looking for professionals with facilitation skills, effective communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset, committed to developing high-performing teams. In this role, your mission will be to ensure that Scrum principles and practices are effectively implemented, supporting the team in delivering continuous value and maintaining a collaborative and productive environment. Additionally, your main responsibilities in this role will include: * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. * Remove impediments affecting the team’s workflow, ensuring productivity. * Act as mentor and coach for the team in adopting agile practices. * Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. * Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives. * Monitor and report performance metrics, such as team velocity and sprint progress. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving initiatives to optimize processes. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in related roles within agile teams. * **Key Knowledge:** + Proficiency in Scrum and other agile frameworks such as Kanban or SAFe. + Experience using agile management tools like Azure Boards, Figma, Jira, Confluence, or similar. + Skills to manage cross-functional teams and foster self-management. + Knowledge of agile metrics and facilitation techniques. + Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency. * **Desirable Certifications:** Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent (not mandatory). * **Technical Knowledge:** + Basic DevOps knowledge + Basic Architecture knowledge **Additional Information** Permanent employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits.
