We operate two stores in Lima and have two business units: **B2B and B2C**. We are currently looking for a **Pastry Assistant (Junior or Senior) – Miraflores Workshop**, passionate about baking and attentive to detail, to join our **production team in Miraflores**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparing doughs and bases for cakes, pies, brownies, cookies, and alfajores. * Making classic desserts: tres leches, cheesecake, flan, mousse, among others. * Assembling, baking, and decorating cakes and desserts. * Processing and rolling doughs; preparing frostings, creams, and fillings. * Fulfilling sweet and savory orders (sandwiches, coffee, supermarkets). * Coating and decorating nougats and special products. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or bakery (mandatory). * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Technical studies in pastry or gastronomy. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Work location: Miraflores. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (45-minute break). * Salary based on experience: S/ 1,400 – S/ 1,500 gross * SME payroll with all statutory benefits: bonus, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), vacation pay. * 30% discount on Patty products. * Growth opportunities and annual performance review with potential salary increase.
