Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Digital Sales Advisor with experience in social media to engage, persuade, and close sales, with a strong focus on achieving targets. Capacity to handle objections and build trust in every interaction **Schedules:** Morning shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) Requirements: * Experience in social media sales or chat-based customer service. * Call center experience * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to target achievement. * Prompt response to messages. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in social media platforms and digital tools. * Ability to work under pressure and manage high customer volume. * Proactive, dynamic, and sales-oriented attitude. Responsibilities: * Serve customers via WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. * Respond to inquiries quickly, clearly, and persuasively. * Guide customers through the purchasing process to finalize sales. * Follow up with interested customers (pending closures). * Meet and exceed established sales targets. * Manage multiple conversations simultaneously. * Record and update customer and sales information. * Identify sales opportunities and build trust in every interaction. * Handle objections and close sales effectively.
