Develops leadership and on-the-ground problem-solving skills. **We are looking for our next In-Store Operations Supervisor!** At **99 Minutos Perú**, we are seeking a professional with an **operational focus, leadership abilities, and a results-driven mindset**, to lead in-store operations within the **Tailor Made** team. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of reports: weekly costs, punctuality, attendance, staffing levels, and productivity. * Updating and validating staffing levels per store. * Training new hires and reinforcing best practices in cases of poor performance. * Coordination with picker supervisors to reduce incidents. * Store visits (Benavides and Plaza Norte) three times per week. * Supervision of target achievement: OTP 95% and attendance >95%. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in operations, logistics, or retail. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Ability to lead and solve problems on-site. * Proactivity, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset. Schedule: * **Rotating Shift**: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm * **Employment Modality**: Payroll under MYPE Regime * **Compensation**: S/ 1600 + 400 Mobility Bonus Join an agile team delivering real impact on operations!
