We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** **What the role entails:** Carry out the syrup manufacturing and feeding process to production lines according to established procedures, maintaining product quality and efficient process flow. **Key challenges of the role:** * Prepare the reference beverage according to specified requirements to ensure product quality. * Connect syrup tanks, production lines, and storage tanks to improve syrup flow during the production process. * Operate and maintain pre\-coat tanks, vertical filters, pressure filters, heat exchangers, and UV lamps to ensure equipment functionality. * Start up production for each flavor, verifying quality parameters—including Brix, acidity, weight, dates, and labeling—to adjust simple syrup to meet formula specifications. * Adjust and control pasteurization of beverages and simple syrup to guarantee product quality. **Requirements** Who are we looking for? * Completed secondary education * Minimum one year of experience in related positions * Availability to work on-site in Huachipa **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
