TRANSPORT OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP / ASSISTANT We are a road freight transportation company currently seeking an Intern or Assistant for Operations who wishes to professionally develop in the field of logistics and transportation. Responsibilities * Monitoring and tracking of transport unit routes via GPS and control platforms. * Ongoing coordination and communication with drivers to ensure adherence to scheduled services. * Support in planning and scheduling of transportation services. * Participation in the implementation and improvement of our Transport Management System (TMS). * Development and monitoring of operational performance indicators (KPIs). * Support in documentary control and operational recordkeeping. * Identification of opportunities for improvement in transportation and logistics processes. * Monitoring compliance with internal procedures and controls. * Preparation of reports for the Operations Manager. * Other duties related to transportation and logistics. Requirements * Final-year student, recent graduate, or technical professional in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields. * With or without prior experience. * Valid A1 driver's license. * Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency. * Preferred interest in operations management, logistics, and transportation. * Must reside in Callao or nearby areas. * Proactive, organized, analytical, and eager to learn.
