Opportunity for professional development and growth **Job Description** A premium gastronomic company focused on connecting with people through high-end pastry experiences is looking for a **Pastry Display Assistant** for our location in **Barranco**, and another in **Surco**. We seek committed, organized, and detail-oriented team members who ensure excellent product presentation while adhering to quality and food safety standards and delivering a positive experience to our customers. Responsibilities: * Stock and maintain the display case in an orderly, clean, and properly presented manner. * Verify product quality, presentation, expiration dates, and proper stock rotation (FIFO). * Timely restock products and report stock shortages. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling (GMP). * Provide customers with support and guidance regarding displayed products. * Assist in inventory control and waste tracking for the area. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the display case and work area. * Coordinate with production and dining room teams to ensure timely product supply. Requirements: * Completed secondary education or university studies. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a pastry display assistant or in bakeries, pastry shops, cafés, restaurants, or related businesses. * Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling (GMP) and product rotation (FIFO). * Customer-oriented mindset to deliver an excellent customer experience. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts: **6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.**, and **2:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.**, with one rotating day off.
