Job Summary: Doorman seeks a CCTV Operator to provide security and remote assistance services for residential buildings from a control center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Interact politely and assist customers with inquiries 2. Monitor access and register visitors/suppliers 3. Activate alarms and manage incident reports Doorman is a Peruvian company that leverages technology to remotely monitor and assist residential buildings from a modern control center, thereby enhancing well-being for Latin American families. We are growing rapidly, which is why we are seeking a CCTV Operator who will serve as the company's frontline representative in operations and deliver the highest standard of security and assistance services from our control center. **Responsibilities** · Interact politely with customers and assist them with any questions they may have. · Route external service requests from customers to the respective departments. · Monitor pedestrian and vehicular access to assigned buildings; register visitors and suppliers prior to building entry. · Activate alarms and notify police in case of any incidents at assigned buildings. · Complete incident reports required for submission to police or municipal security forces (serenazgo). · Complete shift change reports. · Manage recordings and access logs upon customer request. **Required Skills** \- Availability to work on-site in rotating day and night shifts in the district of San Isidro \- Strong service orientation and excellent customer interaction skills \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Proficiency in computer usage \- Prior experience in control centers or call centers is preferred Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,950\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Education: * Completed secondary education (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
