We urgently require personnel for the cook/grill operator position, with prior experience. **Requirements:** * Experience in kitchen or griddle work. * Availability to work at our LA COLONIAL branch. * Speed and efficiency in order preparation, especially during peak hours. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Knowledge of safe food handling. * Proactivity, responsibility, and punctuality. * **Immediate availability.** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook foods on the griddle, such as meats, hamburgers, sandwiches, stir-fries, or others as per the menu. * Monitor cooking temperatures and ensure proper dish presentation. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift. * Verify that ingredients are in optimal condition (freshness, temperature, rotation). * Collaborate with the kitchen team in order dispatch. * Comply with food safety, hygiene, and food handling protocols. * Report shortages, supply needs, or equipment issues.
