Coordinate activities of Kitchen Assistants **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum one year of certified experience **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inspect the quality of raw materials to be used, including the condition of supplies and expiration dates of packaged products. * Verify dish preparation and menu compliance. * Report and validate substitutions of supplies. * Report shortages of supplies. * Prepare hot dishes or other assigned preparations. * Verify recipe adherence according to schedule. * Coordinate activities of Kitchen Assistants. * Provide support for tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
