A la gloria jugos y sandwiches is a company with many years of experience in the quick-service food industry and urgently requires personnel for the position of grill cook with prior experience. **Requirements:** * Experience in kitchen or grilling operations. * Availability to work at our LA COLONIAL location. * Speed and efficiency in order preparation, especially during peak hours. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Knowledge of safe food handling practices. * Proactivity, responsibility, and punctuality. * **Immediate availability.** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook food items on the grill, such as meats, hamburgers, sandwiches, stir-fries, or other menu items. * Monitor cooking temperatures and ensure proper dish presentation. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift. * Verify that ingredients are in optimal condition (freshness, temperature, rotation). * Collaborate with the kitchen team in order fulfillment. * Comply with food safety, hygiene, and food handling protocols. * Report shortages, supply needs, or equipment issues.
