If you are passionate about customer service and wish to build a career in the hotel industry, this is your opportunity. **What We Offer:** * Starting salary of **S/ 1,400** \+ **S/ 100** for transportation. * Formal employment under the **REMYPE regime**. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity for growth and learning within the hotel sector. * Work shift: **Night (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)**, with weekly or biweekly rotation. * Rotating or fixed days off, previously coordinated. **What We Are Looking For:** * Technical studies in **Hotel and Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Experience in customer service and sales management. * Handling of petty cash and revenue control. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Availability to work night shifts. * Proactive individual with strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous and professional service to guests. * Manage check\-in and check\-out procedures. * Administer reservations and, preferably, have experience with platforms such as Booking. * Answer calls and address guest inquiries. * Collect payments for additional services and manage petty cash. * Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. **Are You Interested in Joining Our Team?** If you meet the profile and agree with the job conditions, please send us your CV.
