Position Summary: Kitchen Assistant to support pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, prepare sauces and side dishes, perform mise en place, and assist in assigned tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Fundamental support in culinary preparation. 2. Collaboration in dish preparation and plating. 3. Active role in the kitchen. We are currently seeking KITCHEN ASSISTANTS. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * And/or relevant work experience validating and supporting your knowledge. * Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in concession-based positions or related fields. * Availability to work in Callao. FUNCTIONS: * Assist the chef and/or head cook with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes. * Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, and others. * Perform mise \& place. * Support in assigned preparation and plating tasks. * Provide assistance in activities assigned by your immediate supervisor.
