Negotiation and sales closing skills. **SALES EXECUTIVE** At EVA Courier, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and customer acquisition, and who is focused on achieving commercial objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify and acquire new potential customers. * Conduct commercial prospecting via phone calls, messages, social media, visits, or other channels. * Present company services and develop commercial proposals. * Negotiate terms and follow up until sale closure. * Maintain and strengthen customer relationships. * Develop new business opportunities. * Follow up on prospects and update commercial reports. * Support customer retention, after-sales service, and collections follow-up. * Participate in meetings, activations, or commercial events. **Requirements:** * Experience in sales, prospecting, or customer acquisition. * B2B sales, service sales, corporate sales, or retail experience will be valued. * Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales. * Goal- and results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills, initiative, and follow-up capability. * Existing customer portfolio will be considered an added advantage. * Availability to work onsite in San Martín de Porres. **Employment Conditions:** * Base salary of S/ 1,300 per month. * Sales commissions. * Biweekly payments. * Onsite work. * One remote workday per month, subject to prior coordination. * One weekday off. **Available Shifts:** * Morning shift: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Shifts are fixed and assigned based on availability and position requirements.
