Opportunity for learning and growth Position: Logistics Support – Deliveries, Sales and Promotion **Job Description:** We are seeking a proactive and responsible collaborator for the logistics support area, responsible for product deliveries, material collection, service supervision, and support in sales and commercial promotion. This role is critical to ensuring accurate order distribution as well as customer service and loyalty. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver products to customers (Lima) * Collect materials and perform purchases. * Supervise services * Support in face-to-face sales and customer interaction * Assist with purchasing and product replenishment * Promote products and support commercial activities * Foster customer loyalty (follow-up, courteous treatment, after-sales service) * Coordinate orders and delivery routes * Verify products prior to dispatch * Assist with inventory organization and control * Maintain constant communication with the store team Work Modality and Location: * **On-site** work * Work schedule: **48 hours per week** * Location: **SMP – Óvalo Infantas (San Martín de Porres, Lima)** Requirements: * Completed secondary education * Valid car driver’s license **A1 (mandatory)** and motorcycle license (preferred) * Prior experience not mandatory (responsibility and attitude highly valued) * Basic knowledge of routes in Lima * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation * Responsibility and punctuality Competencies: * Responsibility * Proactivity * Service orientation * Organization * Commitment We Offer: * Continuous training * Positive work environment * Opportunity for learning and growth * Performance-based commissions or bonuses Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
