In this role, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls with potential leads, advising them and offering the product/service best suited to their needs. Your primary objective will be to sell to leads via video calls. Responsibilities: - Review Google Calendar to know when and with whom you will have a sales call. - Contact leads at the scheduled time for the video call, via WhatsApp and prepaid phone calls. Speak with the lead until they connect to the video call or agree to reschedule for another date. - Join sales calls punctually, with a stable internet connection, camera (horizontal) and microphone turned on. - Explain the service we offer, address objections, and aim to close a full or partial sale. - Record the outcome of the call in Excel. - Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. - Deliver excellent customer service during interactions with leads. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role (telephone sales, telemarketing, or customer service) is preferred. Outstanding verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Results-oriented mindset and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (basic spreadsheet proficiency).
